1. HCD - HIGH CAPACITY DISCHARGE VENTILATOR
The Zefyr HCD is a full range of exceptionally high performance HIGH HEAT natural roof extract ventilators, proven on numerous installations throughout the world over 40 years. Full scale tests prove supreme aerodynamic efficiency with a Cd of 0.67. Constructed from profiled sheet metal fixed to galvanised steel frameworks, the ventilators have fixed or operable dampers which use pneumatic or electric actuators. Continuous runs with throat sizes of 0.75m, 1.0m, 1.5m, 2.0m, 2.5m, 3.0m, 3.5m, 4.0m, 5.0m, 6.0m, or 7.0m are available.

2. HM - HEAT MOVER VENTILATOR

The Zefyr HM is full range of ventilators designed to solve HIGH HEAT problems where the industrial building has structural strength limitations. Full scale tests prove supreme aerodynamic efficiency with a Cd of 0.45. The Heat Mover is a low profile ventilator, which can be readily installed in multiple widths or lengths to suit various buildings. The ventilator's high performance has been proven on numerous installations worldwide. It is available in a wide range of materials and finishes.

3. SRV - STREAMLINE RIDGE VENTILATOR
The Zefyr SRV range provides natural ventilation in buildings where nominal ventilation rates are required through solar gain, light engineering processes or warehousing. The performance is based on installations over 50 years. The SRV is constructed from press formed sheet fixed to press formed bulkheads. Dampers are fixed or operated by pneumatic or electric actuators. Continuous runs with throat sizes of 250mm or 500mm are available as are a wide range of materials and finishes.

4. VPL INLET LOUVRES - FIXED OR OPERABLE

The Zefyr VPL (Variable Pitch Louvre) fixed range provides a high specification louvre with single, double or triple pass form to suit numerous installations. It can be supplied in both modular and continuous form to suit a wide range of environmental conditions. The modular louvre is also supplied in operable form. It is available in a wide range of materials and finishes.

5. THUNDERBIRD LOUVRE
The Zefyr Thunderbird louvre is a high performance operated wall louvre. Its aerodynamically profiled extruded aluminium blades can be rotated to control airflow. The louvre has industrial and architectural applications. The blades can be operated manually, by electrical or pneumatic actuator, gas strut or spring cable and winch. The blades can be thermally or acoustically treated to suit requirements. The frame is constructed from aluminium extrusion / sheet. The unit can be supplied in a wide range of finishes.

6. SYSTEM ACOUSTIC LOUVRES

The Zefyr System Acoustic Louvres provide a comprehensive range of acoustically treated external ventilation products to suit particular installations. The SYSTEM series has been tested in accordance with the latest international standards. The units are modular and are provided in a range of standard sizes. They are available in a wide range of material and finishes.

7. SAND TRAP / WEATHER ELIMINATOR LOUVRES
Zefyr Sand Trap / Weather Eliminators louvres have been designed to allow airflow into buildings whilst resisting the entry of dust, sand or weather. Manufactured from suitably finished sheet metal the units have been proven to resist arduous conditions over many years. Installed vertically into buildings they offer a unique visual feature and provide a valuable element in ventilation design.
