Solar Shading
Standard and Smooth Flow Louvres
|
|
Zefyr offer a range of
solar shading based on the standard and smoothflow
louvres. All blades are made from extruded aluminium
to BS1474-6063T6, have a minimum thickness of
1.8mm and can be supplied in a continuous or modular
form. A full range of complimentary high performance
architectural Inlet / Extract louvre systems are
available from Zefyr.
Both the standard
and smoothflow blades can be supplied to site
in lengths of up to 6m. The smoothflow can be
supplied in blade widths of 50, 80 or 100mm whilst
the standard blade is available in 60, 80 or 100mm
widths.

Standard blades have a clean, straight 'Z' profile.

Smoothflow Blades
Smooth curves offer a highly aesthetic feature
to any installation.

|
Pelmets
An optional feature facia pelmet can be fitted
to the external edge of the louvred panel. A range
of standard pelmets are available and are supplied
complete with rivets for site fixing to mullions.
Bespoke details are available on request.
Mullions, Supports and Bracketry
Mullions are manufactured from extruded aluminium
to BS1474-6063T6 with a minimum thickness of 2mm.
A comprehensive range of mounting brackets are
available to fix back to the building structure.

1. Walkways - Lightweight, fixed or removable,
open grid aluminium walkways with safety grips.
2. Hinged Panels - Hinged or removable panels
to allow access to areas above shades for maintenance,
