Both the standard
and smooth-flow systems
offer a range of high performance extruded aluminium
louvres with individual features to suit installation
into architectural cladding, curtain walling,
masonry and integrated facades.
The systems can be provided in the following
formats:
Interlocking Panels
Unique panel design with an interlock to suit
modular cladding systems. Factory assembled interlocking
panels supplied up to 6.0m long and 1.2m high.
Continuous
Louvres are supplied in sub-assembled format for
rapid assembly on site. The system includes louvre
blades up to 6.0m long and support mullions fitted
with metal clips. Continuous louvre screens can
be tailored to suit any application.
Modular
Louvres can be supplied in factory assembled panels
to suit pre-prepared structural openings.
Louvred Doors
Standard and smooth flow doors are available in
a wide range of sizes and finishes. Doors can
be supplied in both single and double format.
Blade Positioning and Integrity
The louvre pitch, i.e. the vertical spacing between
the blades, can be either 50mm, 60mm, 80mm or
100mm, and are available in single, double or
triple pass configurations. Double and triple
pass specifications have additional sets of blades
on the opposite plane mounted behind the exterior
facing louvres. This gives enhanced weatherability
performance according to need.
The louvre blades are manufactured from the highest
quality extruded aluminium. The system has no
plastic clips or fixings (commonly prone to vibration,
shrinkage, cracking or failure) thereby offering
a long performance life with minimal maintenance.
Solar Shading
A full range of standard and bespoke solar shading
is available in both formats. Louvre blades are
supported from clips on mullions running out from
the building. The shading provided and the subsequent
effect on the environment within the building
can be assessed.
